Job Summary

The Office Manager's primary responsiblity is the success of the firm by dilgently utilizing a skillset that exemplifies ethics, efficiency and production driven results. The Corporate offfice is located in the rapidly growing city of Lathrop, California while maintaining a Satilite office in San Diego, California with future plans for expansion into Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Overall Responsibilities: Managing daily operations including but not limited to adhering to the Company Presendent's instructions regarding all aspects of operations, policy & procedures, assist in forming company policies and procedures manual, hiring and firing non-licensed and licensed staff/agents, managing/implementing/conducting operational/sales training for general staff and/or sales agents, conducting real estate transactions, supervising company third party vendors, client services, etc...
  • Day-to-day activities of the position: As negotiated and ageed upon between the Company President and selected Candidate.
  • Position's level of importance: The Office Manager's position is vitally important to the success of the company. The qualified candidate would report directly to the President of the firm and would be intergral to the company's future.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Hard and soft skills: Must have a current/active California Real Estate Broker's license, previous experience in real estate sales and management a plus, college degree preferred but not required, excellent presentation, communication and written skills, must be highly ethical, analytical and a problem solver with the ability to adapt.

  • This is strictly an Independent Contractor position but has potential opportunities for advancement based on performance and production. Depending on the candidate's success, an equity ownership stake in the company may be possible.
